Another concept design for my characters... A female pirate this time, heh. I thought it could be fun to draw pirates sometimes even if I never got the opportunity to do so =_= . When finishing this pencil drawing, I remember she reminds me of Ruby Heart from the Marvel vs Capcom 2 game... Though, I wasn't a fan of this character, I now regret I can't play this game anymore to enjoy her =_= !!
By the way, I'm quite busy these last weeks with many current projects... °_° Let me live a bit more!!!
Tool: mechanical pencil 0.3 mm.
Paper: A4 format (21*29,7 cm)
Great pic, lots of good detail, and the shading and tones are great. I don't know if it's part of the character and so intended, but if not, the only thing i can see wrong with it is that her left arm/hand is huge! Foreshortening is one thing, but even when you take that into account, that is way too big m'afraid ^^.
Anyway, other than that, great job. Keep it up ^^.
Hmm... You're maybe right, I might have exagerated the size for the left hand... I guess I wanted so bad something that dynamic. But this is too late to change something though...
Aaaaaah, trop bon ! J'adore les femmes, j'adore les pirates et... je suis dingue des femmes pirates ! Tu as un coup de crayon vraiment exceptionel, ce dessin est magnifique. Je le avec un graaand plaisir, fais-en beaucoup d'autres
